Les hommes de France Gall

The play retraces the life of France Gall as a polyphony of male voices (her father, brothers, Gainsbourg, Claude François, Berger, Balavoine, Aznavour, Obispo, Hallyday, Dawit, Plamondon, ...), who in turn shaped her, accompanied her, betrayed her, or exalted her. Yet, as the scenes unfold, France Gall gradually takes control of her own destiny: from a "wax doll" to a sovereign woman, she transforms wounds into memory and love into transmission.
