Why « sons of Man » and not « sons of Men »? Because the phrase « sons of men » designates human race in its natural state. Those who attach themselves to the man-God Christ take on his inheritance as a Son of Man, that is, a Son of God. What does this mean? It means that any man or woman on their way to the divine fulfilment exemplified by Christ takes a path which leads them to exit the human race and enter the life prepared by God for them - just like a foetus exits its uterine existence to enter the world as an independent being. « Man », therefore, is the first stage, it is the state previous to one's divine resurrected life.

It is under this perspective that Akklesia places the various studies and analyses it wishes to share.

Akklesia acknowledges the incarnation and resurrection of the Son of man, but not the Corpus Christi dogma.

This first collection in English offers 6 biblical studies (Parable of Sower; John 1:35; Judges; Esther; Genesis 1&2; Luke 14:25-33) and 6 thematically oriented texts.

Ivsan Otets

Ivsan Otets is the creator of website akklesia.eu where he publishes his writings on Christ, the Church, the Bible, and more generally on what men have, from age to age, called « God, the divine, the One, the absolute, etc. »

His first website Les Cahiers Jérémie (The Jeremiah Notebooks) was based on biblical verse Jer 31:2 where the prophet addresses his words to those « which were left of the sword » - the sword of the Church's judgements.

By using this passage as a lever, Ivsan Otets was raising the issue of the Church's continued existence. He began to demonstrate the obsolescence of ecclesiastical Christianity all the while showing it had to move on to akklesiastical Christianity which, according to him, was absolutely what the Nazarene had in view from the start.

That work was in fact only an introduction to more « serious matter ». For several years now he is working on this serious matter in collaboration with Dianitsa.

As an extension and broadening of akklesiastical Christianity, Ivsan & Dianitsa now elaborate a thought on what is, according to them, the heart of Christianity, namely, the « Who do you say that I am? » that Christ put at men's feet.

Answering that question in an akklesiastical perspective is definitely a progression in the course of which Ivsan & Dianitsa have themselves been continuously amazed. It is such an amazement that they are sharing through their works.

Il n'y a pour le moment pas de critique presse.
