This booklet was written to highlight the benefits of Qi Gong and meditation for everyone's well-being through "care given to our body".

Above all, it aims to be pragmatic, concise , and "hans-on", in order to emphasize the positive effects of Qi Gong and meditation on our health.
Having lived with a neurological condition for more than ten years (multiple sclerosis), the pratice of Qi Gong and meditation has helped me stabilize my condition and continue my life without real disability. By harmonizing vital energy, Qi Gong helps strengthen the immune system making this practice an ally in disease prevention.

Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese practise also known as Ba Duan Jin, is much more than simple physical exercise. Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong offers a holistic approach to cultivating health, energy and well-being Traditional Chines Medicine is based on the concept of balance between Yin and Yang, as well as the free circulation of Qi, or vital energy, throughout the body's meridians.
