In the first section the common vegetables grown in your garden are described with the candidate pests and diseases to disturb them. Rudolphe Lemmens is agricultural engineer by schooling. Since 1983 he was pioneer organic farmer in the South-West of France and spent also almost 20 years in Africa promoting sustainable agriculture with smallholders farmers groups. Today retired he is still active in his garden and orchard.
